Jack Hartmann is being awarded the highest alumnus honor at University of Florida April 30, 2011; the Distinguished Alumnus Award for Lifetime Achievement. It's a pretty big deal. Cap and gown, dinner at the presidents home. He gets the award at the graduation ceremony for the college of Liberal Arts. They take a pause in the program and say some nice things about Jack & then give him the award. Jack’s family will converge upon this ceremony, including his brother, who is coming down from New York.  Good going, Mr. Hartmann!  Keep educating & entertaining those little kids with music and fun!!
