Pat Coschignano prepared a superb antipasto for the big reunion committee dinner at the Sipala homestead in June 2008. Pat's  platter of Italian delicacies could have fed a small nation and was a highlight of the evening. The food was terrific,  and the camaraderie of the group in spending time together was the best!
