Birchwood Elementary School Time Capsule	Quote in Reply

I went to Birchwood Elementary, every year except 1st grade, when i went to Depot Rd. School--BUT , i seem to remember a time capsule being placed in the wall by Birchwood's main door--Does anyone else remember this, OR am I just confused!!

Ray, several of my boyhood neighbors went to Birchwood K-6, and I remember them talking about that in the early 60s. Seems like I recall talk about a capsule on the grounds of the High School as well. Hey, Ray, what do I have to do to get you to attend in September? We aren't getting any younger and I'd like to see you again. Of course, I could drive to Charleston in less than 5 hours but wouldn't it be better with hundreds of alumni sharing the moment?
