Now, I am not a member - yet! - but Ms. Diana Haselmyer has brought up the possibility that (A) some of you ARE; and (B) some of you may be contemplating donning the red chapeau and coming together to share red hattedness.  If there are already some red hatters out there, consider sharing your enthusiasm with your classmates here.  Perhaps you can bring your hats with you and wear them, or tote them, or brandish them when you enter a room, and share the spirit!  You can get tons of info at redhatsociety.com, and here is a little quote from there:  

'Sue Ellen's [founder I think] fondest hope is that these societies will proliferate far and wide. We have now held three successful Red Hat Society conventions — entire hotels filled with women of a certain age wearing red hats and purple outfits! Could world domination be far behind?'
