I don't know why she implied you could receive it today, when on Monday it had not yet been mailed - unless she sent it out Tuesday via Postal Express or UPS Next Day Air. Stephanie, she (or someone else) simply forgot you and me. Period. In this case, it's not crucial, but still annoying. Folks tend to squirm and say anything just to get off the phone with dissatisfied customers. She cited 'prior commitments', but those commitments didn't prevent them from immediately depositing my check. OK, I'm off the soapbox. Let's give them until Friday.
