While I am traveling in Hawaii (I know stop complaining), your touching words and insights were revealed to me on Smitty's site. I will always hold close to my heart what you and Harry did to make the Hall of Fame happen. Now, the job in promoting it has really just begun. I was dismayed that many in our class at the reunion had no idea what the purpose or nomination process was to enter the Hall. We have many potential members in our class, but none will get nominated unless they contact the district by going to the website you refer to and nominate a class member of ours or any of Whitman's classes. Finally, a word to Smitty. Why not contact the didtrict and build them a website for the Hall? They need it. Tell Jacqui Harris (Ass't Supt. I said so)! And by the way, my remarks to the initial class of the South Huntington Hall of Fame are on my blog dated September 20, 2008. Thanks, again, Lorraine. You are the best.</i> *
