Richard Tarczewski spent many years in New Hampshire raising a family of two daughters and a son, and was active in the Army National Guard while working full-time and raising the family.  When his wife Jennifer unexpectedly passed away, he moved to Flagler County, Florida to be near his brother Jimmy’s family (Jim graduated in the mid-70s from WWHS).  It was in Florida that he passed away on August 19, 2004.  Thank you to his sister-in-law, Karen Tarczewski, for filling in the details for us.
